FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S ORDERS OVER $75.00:

Surfside Supply Co. offers free ground shipping via UPS for all U.S. orders placed on our website, that are valued at $75.00 USD or more. 

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS depending on current shipping rates. Rates are calculated through our rate calculator.
  • International customers are responsible for customs, duties ,and/or brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost. Costs vary by country. 
  • International orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.
  • International orders are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund, or exchange, on us (exclusions apply). 

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return or exchange shipping costs, nor do they need to print out a return shipping label or use the original packaging. 

Returning merchandise must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received it in, including the original hangtags and/or item packaging.

Enter in your order number and the zip code associated with your purchase, select the items you would like to return/exchange, along with the return reason. 

Once submitted you will receive a QR code, along with the nearest Happy Returns drop off location. You do not need to print a shipping label, or package your return. The store associate will handle this for you. 

Please note the following: 

  • Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging. 
  • Returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. 
  • Return & exchange shipping is FREE for all USA orders.
  • International returns are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed.
  • If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
  • Exchanges are shipped as soon as we have received and verified your return is complete. 
  • Gift Cards, along with final sale merchandise, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

    MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

    • If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter.

    • Please note that investigations with shipping carriers can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

    • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 

    • Please note that all orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
