We offer free ground shipping via UPS on all domestic orders (USA only) placed on our website, that are valued at $65.00 or more. 

We understand that receiving your items quickly is important, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days. 

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund up to 60 days from the date of delivery.  See rules and exemptions below. 

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return shipping costs, including packaging, nor do they need to print out a return shipping label.

Rules & Exemptions:

• Final sale merchandise cannot be returned. 
• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
• All merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. 
• Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
• Damaged or visibly worn merchandise is ineligible for a refund/exchange and merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.
