We understand that receiving your items quickly is important, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund up to 60 days from the date of delivery.
Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them in, along with the original tags and packaging. See rules and exemptions below.

Rules & Exemptions:
- All men's, women's, and boy's final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. Merchandise received after this 60-day window will no longer be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back.
- Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
- If merchandise is returned to us damaged or visibly worn no refund will be given and merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.

Experience was great, price was awesome, I’ve always been an XL, 38” waist but these trunks are too big - lessoned learned
I ordered the Gradient Stripe Trunk and love them, they are the most comfortable swimsuit I own. I had the same style previously and they are my go to but just wanted the variety of another pattern so ordered more! I had a problem with the sizing on my order but the Surfside Supply support staff was super friendly and accommodating to make sure it got straightened out right away. I love these trunks and this company!
So all over the website it says Free returns. I ordered 5 shorts in size L because the website says it will fit 36-38. I wear a 36. They are all too small so I went to return and it says they are not returnable. Surprise surprise......all 5 don't fit and can't be returned. Be careful!

Poor to quite poor as the product was to have shipped 3 weeks ago and UPS cannot locate the package and the tracking ID doesn't allow for a claim to be filed. Will not shop from Surfside again.
