Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping via UPS for all U.S. orders placed on our website, that are valued at $75.00 USD or more. 

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number. 

If you need to have your shipment re-routed to a new address please contact us immediately via email at 

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for free, for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, up to 60 days from the date of delivery.  See rules and exemptions below.

Rules & Exemptions:

  • Final sale merchandise can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
  • Contact us to start a return for any final sale merchandise. 
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
  • All returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. 
  • Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
  • Damaged or visibly worn merchandise is ineligible for a refund/exchange and merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.

If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter.

Investigations with shipping carriers can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 

All orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS depending on current shipping rates. Rates are calculated through our rate calculator.

International customers are responsible for customs, duties ,and/or brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost. Costs vary by country. 

International orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

International orders are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs.
