FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $45.00:

Surfside Supply Co. offers free ground shipping via UPS on all domestic orders (USA only) placed on our website, that are valued at $45.00 or more. 

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days. 

For an estimated time in transit please see map below. 
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through a USPS rate calculator.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
  • International orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.
  • International orders are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs.

FREE RETURNS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund on us. 

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received them in, and including the original tags and/or packaging.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please click here to start the return process. Simply enter in your order number and the email address associated with your purchase, select the items you would like to return, along with the return reason, and you will instantly receive a pre-paid UPS return shipping label in your inbox from us. 

To complete your return simply place your returning items, along with a print off of your order confirmation, inside the box and/or bag it came, tape it up and affix the shipping label. Then schedule a pickup with UPS or drop your return off at a UPS store. Your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

Please note the following: 

  • Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging. 
  • Returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery. 
  • Return shipping is FREE for all USA orders.
  • International returns are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed.
  • If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
  • As part of our 60-day return policy, all returns will need to be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery to remain eligible.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.

  • Only USA orders over $45.00 are eligible for free shipping.

  • Only USA orders are eligible for free returns. 

  • If an item is returned to us damaged by the customer or visibly worn, no refund will be issued and the merchandise will be shipped back. 

  • All women's merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

    • If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter. Please note that investigations with UPS, as well as USPS can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

    • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 

    • Please note that all orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
