Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Surfside Supply Co. offers free shipping on all domestic orders (USA only) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Surfside Supply Co. understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00PM EST. are shipped same day (Monday-Friday). 

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number.

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through a USPS rate calculator.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
  • International orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange (returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them in, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return or exchange shipping.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please click here to start the return process. Once we have issued you a Return Merchandise Authorization form and a pre-paid UPS return shipping label, simply place your items inside the box it came, tape it up and place the shipping label (we will send you this electronically) on the box. Then schedule a pickup with UPS or drop the box off at a UPS store. Your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Return & exchange shipping is absolutely FREE for all domestic orders. International returns are responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed.
  • If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
  • As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to remain eligible for either a refund, exchange or store credit. 


  • All sale section items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless merchandise arrives damaged & cannot be replaced. We do allow exchanges on all sale section items & can also issue a store credit. 

  • Discounts / promotional codes used on full priced merchandise do not constitute item as final sale. All full priced merchandise discounted with a promotional code remains eligible for a full refund. 

  • Gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.

  • All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping as well as free returns. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. 

  • If items are returned to us damaged by customer or visibly worn, no credit or refund will be issued and the  merchandise will be shipped back. 

  • All returns must be sent back and received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. If returns are received after this 30 day window items will no longer be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. 

  • Please carefully review your order prior to purchase. 


  • If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter. Please note that investigations with UPS, as well as USPS can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements, or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you, or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 

  • Please note that all orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
