We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return or exchange shipping costs, including packaging, nor do they need to print out a return shipping label.
Rules & Exemptions
- Final sale merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 60-days of delivery.
- Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
- Damaged or visibly worn merchandise are ineligible to be returned or exchanged, and if received, will be shipped back to the customer.
