Shipping & Returns

We offer free UPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders valued at $75 or more.

We understand the importance of fast delivery, so we aim to process and ship orders within one business day of receipt. For orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday), most are shipped the same day, excluding holidays, inclement weather, or high-volume periods.

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you need to reroute your shipment to a different address, please contact us immediately at info@surfsidesupply.com.

Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for free for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery.

Exchanges: If you would like a different size, color, or item, you can return your merchandise (free of charge) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new merchandise as quickly as possible.

Rules & Exemptions

  • Final Sale Merchandise: Final sale items can only be returned for store credit unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return Deadlines: All returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Condition of Items: Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Damaged or visibly worn items are ineligible for a refund or credit and will be shipped back to the customer

If your package was not delivered as intended or if there seems to be a problem with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation into the matter.

Investigations with shipping carriers can take up to 8 business days to resolve. Once we have received a resolution, and if the package was unfortunately lost or mishandled by the carrier, we will either send replacements or issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if it is deemed that the package was delivered accordingly. Please make sure that the delivery address you are using is secure and that you or someone else will be available during the time of delivery. 

All orders are responsible for additional shipping costs if the package arrives back at our facility and needs to be re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or UPS depending on current shipping rates. Rates are calculated through our rate calculator.

International customers are responsible for customs, duties ,and/or brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost. Costs vary by country. 

International orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

International orders are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs.
