Shipping & Returns

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts).

Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery Times: Most orders arrive in 2–8 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) usually ship the same day. Excludes holidays, inclement weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking details

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit (exclusions apply).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Returns outside of policy, worn items, or items without tags may be denied or subject to partial refunds.

Free Return Shipping

We provide a free prepaid UPS return label for U.S. customers.

Once received and inspected by our team (2–3 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 2–10 additional business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

Our returns policy is designed for fairness and convenience. However, excessive or abusive return activity (including “wardrobing,” serial returns, or misuse of free-return labels) is closely monitored.

Surfside Supply Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Limit or deny returns;
  • Revoke free return shipping;
  • Assess shipping/restocking fees where permitted by law;
  • Cancel orders or suspend accounts where abuse is detected.


Customers engaging in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or return abuse may be reported to payment providers or law enforcement as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately at info@surfsidesupply.com.

Carrier investigations may take up to 8 business days. If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Important: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship internationally via USPS, DHL, or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Delivery may take up to 14 business days.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
