To start the return process please input the email address associated with your order along with your order number. You order number can be found on the invoice included in your shipment as well as within your order confirmation email. Do not include the # symbol when typing in your order number. 

If you are looking to exchange for a different size or product, please click on the Replacement option and fill out as much information as possible.
Once we have received and reviewed your request (typically within 2-3 business days) you will then be contacted by our customer support team. 

Please do not ship us any returns without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization form. This form needs to be included within your return shipment or our warehouse will not be able to process your return. We will email you this form once we have reviewed your return request. 

Return & exchange shipping is FREE for all domestic orders. We will send you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label along with the RMA form mentioned above. 

Domestic returns can take 2-6 business days to arrive at our facility and an additional 2-3 business days for processing. If you have not heard from us within 10 business days of shipping your return please contact us. 

If you have submitted your return request and have not received an email response from us within 3-5 business days please check your SPAM folder as our customer support emails sometimes end up there.

If you are unable to submit your return through our portal or experience any difficulties please email us directly in order to start the return process. 


    • All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this 30 day window will no longer be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit.
    • All sale section merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
    • Sale section merchandise is eligible for an exchange or store credit.
    • Merchandise purchased at full price can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
    • Discount codes used on full priced merchanidse do not constitue item as final sale and may still be returned for a full refund.
    • Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
    • If merchandise is returned to us damaged or visibly worn no refund, exchange or store credit will be given and merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.
