If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund on us (exclusions apply).
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return shipping costs, including packaging, nor do they need to print out a return shipping label.
Returning merchandise must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received it in, including the original hangtags and/or item packaging.

Enter in your order number and the zip code associated with your purchase, select the items you would like to return/exchange, along with the return reason.
Once submitted you will receive a QR code, along with the nearest Happy Returns drop off locations. You do not need to print a shipping label, or package your return. The store associate will handle this for you.
Please note the following:
- Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging.
- Returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is FREE for all USA orders.
- International returns are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed.
- If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
- Gift Cards, along with final sale merchandise, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
