If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund on us.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our USA customers should not have to pay for any return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received them in, and including the original tags and/or packaging.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please click here to start the return process. Simply enter in your order number and the email address associated with your purchase, select the items you would like to return along with the return reason, and once submitted you will instantly receive a pre-paid UPS return shipping label in your emails inbox.
To complete your return place your returning items, along with a print off of your order confirmation, inside the box and/or bag it came, tape it up and affix the shipping label. Schedule a pickup with UPS or drop your return off at a UPS store.
Your domestic shipping costs are prepaid!
Please note the following:
- Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging.
- Returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is FREE for all USA orders.
- International returns are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed.
- If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
- All men's, women's, and boy's final sale merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
