If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them in, along with the original tags and packaging. See rules and exemptions below.
We believe in order to have the best possible online shopping experience customers should not have to pay for domestic return or exchange shipping. RULES & EXEMPTIONS:
- All merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise received after this 30 day window will no longer be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit.
- All sale section merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
- Sale section merchandise is eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Merchandise purchased at full price can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Discount codes used on full priced merchanidse do not constitue item as final sale and may still be returned for a full refund.
- Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned nor refunded.
- If merchandise is returned to us damaged or visibly worn no refund, exchange or store credit will be given and merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.
